Ever come across a game that just perplexes you? Black And Bruised PS2 is one of those. I have no idea why this game really exists. It is easily one of the most mindless, useless, time-wasting game that I've ever seen. What are half-naked women doing trying to box against 400 lbs of pure muscle? Nothing, it's just one of the stupidities of the game. Okay, maybe, just maybe there are some good things about Black And Bruised. For example, the game actually has a story behind each of the boxers and why winning is important to them and how it will effect them. The animations of facial expressions are unique to each character and the game has well developed AI that reacts to the different punches landed. But, and this is a big one, what's the point of the game? The sense of half-reality that is so important to most games is absent from this, and I don't see most of the gaming crowd actually going after this one at all. It's just hard to review a game that seems to have gotten everything right – like the graphics, the sounds and the stories, but somehow still misses the point! I mean you can be so focused on the trees that you miss the forest at times. Kinda like most of the “christians” today who do all the christian stuff but miss Christ. That's the condition of Black And Bruised. It seems to get things right, but fails to put them together properly. Play Black And Bruised if you're stuck on an island with nothing else to do…

Did you know - you can become a game tester and make $10-$70 per hour just testing games for major companies. You  also get to keep the games that you test. Here are the complete details.

The place where you can get the cheapest games is right here. There are no per-game fees and you can get as many as you want. Isn't that a deal!

Below are the cheats for Black And Bruised PS2. Even though I haven't been able to test all of the cheats mentionend below, I've been informed that all of these work just fine for Black And Bruised PS2.

CES 2010 proved to be worth the wait for Sony, who released their flip video camcorder trio, the Sony Bloggie. The Sony Bloggie represents the latest in HD video recording on a camcorder, with 1920 x 1080 resolution and a 360-degree rotating camera lens.

The Sony Bloggie project – three camcorders

Three models of the Bloggie are available, the MHS-CM5 for £147.50, MHS-PM5 for £149.99 and MHS-PM5K for £147.90. The difference between the three models is a 360-degree camera lens attachment which comes with the MHS-PM5K and both the PM5 models only allowing 4x digital zoom, compared to the CM5’s 5x optical zoom and 20x digital zoom.

Value for money

Photo: Sony

The Bloggie comes with built-in USB attachments allowing for the quick and easy attachment of the device to PC or other USB-enabled device. The recording device is also very flexible, with storage cards being compatible with both SD and Duo cards. Full HD video recording is available in both 1080p and 720p and five megapixel still images can be captured on the pocket camcorder. Still images taken in low light are however a challenge for the flip video camcorder, with grainy images being produced.

Tough and easy to use

All the action being recorded is viewed on the 2.4 inch LCD screen. The Sony pocket camcorder also comes with software uploaded, making video blogging a breeze thanks to the 270-degree swivel lens, not to be confused with the 360-degree lens attachment only available for the PM5K model and one touch button, for uploading videos to the Internet for viewing later on sites such as YouTube, Facebook or MySpace. The Bloggie, though wrapped in plastic, is firm and strong. It is, however, a bit difficult to handle and operate with one hand.

The downside

Photo: Sony

Though coming with a rechargeable and removable lithium ion battery, the power saving feature of the recording device is rather environmentally unfriendly. There is no power output for the flip video camcorder, meaning it has to be connected to a turned on and plugged in USB device to be able to fully charge. The already uploaded software is incompatible with 64-bit Windows. The camera is also missing a lot of things like a carry case, HDMI cable and is rather on the larger size compared to similar pocket camcorders.

Hurricane Ike on Life with PlayStation by PlayStation.Blog

Read Number 1

Regarded by many as the most technologically advanced console on the market, the PlayStation 3 is still the console for serious gamers. Games developers are still grappling with the challenge of making the most of the PlayStation 3's processing power, but some of the games on this list bring to the screen graphical detail and sophisticated gameplay the like of which have never been seen before. These are the ten games we think you would do well to consider buying or borrowing. In no particular order.

>Civilization Revolution (2k Games): This game has been around in one form or another for 18 years, and this latest version is what its creator Sid Meier says is “the one I wanted to make”. An engrossing world-domination simulation, Civilization Revolution takes the series to new levels of graphical brilliance and gameplay. This console version removes some unnecessary complexities, and concentrates your mind on the idea the addictive challenge of guiding your clan from a bunch of ancient warriors to a powerful global force.

>Midnight Club: Los Angeles (Rockstar): The fourth installment in the Midnight Club series contains some of the most detailed cars ever seen in computer games. This highly regarded, immensely exciting urban racing game is packed with fantastic locations and beautiful cars. It's also a difficult enough challenge for you to have to go through many, many hours of gameplay. The main protagonist in the game, known as “Player”, is asked by various shady characters to go on missions which, when completed, earn him a reputation and money.

>Ratchet and Clank: Tools of Destruction (Sony): Although this is the seventh adventure for the loveable alien duo, this is the first time they have made an appearance on the PlayStation 3. An epic sci-fi adventure, the plot may not be as involving as some other games, but the controls of the game are perfectly tuned and there's too much action going on for you to want to worry about the plot. The richly textured galaxy scenes and the buddy-buddy wise-cracking between the unlikely heroes makes this an all-round entertainer.

> Mirror's Edge (EA): This underrated action thriller has an engrossing storyline and imaginative setting. It's an innovative and highly stylised chase game that brings a new physicality to the first-person perspective, and it has the kind of cinematic style found in the best films. Mirror's Edge may find a larger audiences if future versions involve more gameplay, as one of the reasons why it was underrated was because it's possible to finish it in a few days. But if you're looking for something won't take forever to get to the end, this game is for you.

>Red Faction - Guerrilla (THQ): This well designed third-person sci-fi blaster has the kind of superficial storyline that many gamers find interesting if they think about it, but there's too much going on to be able to think too deeply. The action scenes are right up there with the best games released in recent years. Set amid a bloody revolution on the planet Mars, the destructive environments are incredible fun, as are the amazingly powerful weapons.

>Valkyria Chronicles (Sega): This cleverly devised, popular game is set up as a deep, tactical role-playing scenario-based strategy challenge, and if you're not familiar or have never played the Final Fantasy series, you will find this a real eye opener. Set on a warring continent not unlike 1930s Europe, you play the part of a meek and mild engineer who sees the war unfold while behind enemy lines. The story of oppression and honour is surprisingly involving, and will have you engrossed for many days.

>inFamous (Sony): It may not have enjoyed the mega-success that it expected when it released this game, but Sony has at least shown again that it can make games that have an interesting storyline and involve great action. A massive explosion hits the fictional Empire City, and the character that you control finds that he has super powers as a result. So, inevitably, battle a variety of deadly comic book-style villains. It's an intriguing sci-fi romp and is one of a new generation of open-world action adventures.

>Ninja Gaiden Sigma (Tecmo): As with most games that require some time to learn the controls for the fight system, your efforts will be rewarded with precise and exciting gameplay. The fictional story involves your character, a Ninja, who has to recover a sword and avenge the massacre of his clan by the evil Vigor Empire. Brutal combat scenes pepper the whole game and the weapons are more powerful than you expect and the moves are more extravagant than you thought they would be.

>Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood (Ubisoft): Some gamers say this is slightly flawed offering, but hasn't stopped vast hordes of gamers from taking it up and enjoying it all the same. The gamers who appreciate it regard it as an extremely atmospheric Wild West shooter, filled with exciting shootouts, swaggering outlaws and convincing John Ford-esque locales. If you're tired of the second world war and the Middle East, it's a mightily refreshing change of pace.

>Condemned II: Bloodshot (Sega Europe): This is a truly gruesome first-person shooter following an alcoholic serious crimes investigator, Ethan Thomas, on the hunt for serial killers in the back alleys of Metro City. According to one reviewer in The Guardian, “If you're after gore, violence and, well, more gore, you really shouldn't miss this. Your children very much should, though.”

Introduction of the Canon Digital IXUS i Zoom digital camera

The Digital IXUS i Zoom is a successor to the Canon Digital IXUS i5. This skillfully made digital camera is absolutely designed in the similar fashion that is common in the winning IXUS series of digital cameras. The Digital IXUS i Zoom is contained in a firm compact casing and strikingly finished with a beet-root color. The compact size does have some mishaps for the magnitude of the screen, but a user will get an attractiveness of a digital camera with the size of a mobile phone.

Design of the Canon Digital IXUS i Zoom digital camera

The camera possesses a dimension of 96.1 x 45.1 x 23.9mm, which I consider an outstanding model. The Canon Digital IXUS i Zoom digital camera only weighs 105 grams, which enhances easy carriage by potential user globally. The front of the camera has an astounding look, stunning shape in silver and red. The tiny zoom lens is positioned off center on the right side and is tidily concealed inside the casing when the Canon i Zoom is switch off. In the top corner up right, there is an internal flash with next to it a tiny LED helping as AF-assistant light, self-timer and red-eye reduction pointer. The microphone is a miniscule spot left from the lens. The release button, the activating switch and a loud speaker designed is positioned when the camera halfway up, viewing the top side.

Battery and Memory card compartment of the Canon Digital IXUS i Zoom digital camera

The side of the camera features place to the compartment that contains both the memory card and the battery. The cap of the compartment is totally included in the casing and wraps the compartment very tidily. Inside the housing, the SD card and Lithium-Ion battery are adequately concealed. The Canon Company made sure to position a tiny lock in the compartment to avoid the battery from falling out when the compartment is opened. The eyelet for the wrist fastening is situated next to the cover. The reverse side of the camera does not appear to have a function, perchance just to serve as a sustainer for the Canon Digital IXUS i Zoom when the user decides to put it down perpendicularly.

Control center of the Canon Digital IXUS i Zoom digital camera

The camera control center is instituted on the rear side. The compact dimensions of the Canon i Zoom forced the Canon Company to outfit the camera with a 1.8 screen. In my opinion I would have suggested that the camera should be operational with a 2 inch monitor. The optical viewfinder is absence in the Canon Digital IXUS i Zoom digital camera; the screen takes the place of that. The Playback, Movie and photo mode is control by the 3-way controller. A user would also discover the renowned multi- selector here, which is otherwise known as the 4-way controller. This switch permits a procurer to browse through the menu and permits the user to regulate functions like flash. In addition it serves as zoom switch; in reality, it is a multi-operational button as the case may be.

Metal bottom side of the Canon Digital IXUS i Zoom digital camera

When looking at the bottom of the Canon IXUS i Zoom, a user would notice that there is a satisfactorily done metal bottom side. Positioned off center the general tripod connection facilitates placing the camera on a tripod. In addition a potential user would find the ostensible Camera Station interface for connecting the camera when it is positioned in the station. This connection offers the oomph to the camera, the Li-ion battery gets recharged and portraits can be transferred to a PC.

Solid housing of the Canon Digital IXUS i Zoom digital camera

The Canon Digital IXUS i Zoom's design is striking, or even astounding. The stuff feels solid and the camera lies flawlessly in a user's hand. Glancing at the camera from a distance would give an impression that it looks like a mobile phone, which is not such an outlandish assumption glimpsing at the structure of the Canon Digital IXUS i Zoom digital camera. As much as design is concerned the Canon Company excels once again in adding a standard camera to the IXUS chains of digital cameras.

Storage and Energy of the Canon Digital IXUS i Zoom digital camera

The Canon i Zoom features the Secure Digital memory card, which is quite common with the IXUS series of digital camera. At this moment in time various dissimilar SD cards are sold, ranging from an average low speed storage aptitude card to high-speed speed and an aptitude of 2GB. The present quickest SD memory cards attain a speed of about 20MB per second. The Canon Digital IXUS i Zoom resolves for a huge aptitude instead of the average delivered SD memory.

Battery of the Canon Digital IXUS i Zoom digital camera

The bottom of the Canon Digital IXUS i Zoom digital camera that takes the SD card, also features space to the Lithium Ion battery. Through the standard delivered Camera Station the Canon NB-4L that has a capacity of 3.7V/760mAh can be recharged. To fully recharge a totally empty battery takes about an hour and 30 minutes. A user can also charge the camera through the optional battery charger if the if recharging the battery through the Station is acceptable by the procurer. When the battery is fully charge, the photographer has the privilege of taking about 160 portraits.

By purchasing the Canon Digital IXUS i Zoom digital camera, the user would find it more interesting to work with. Check your local shop for adequate pricing.

If you want to take stunning high quality picture then get a digital SLR camera! In this article, I discussed why the SLR (Single Lens Reflex) camera takes a high quality stunning photos. Read on to find out!

Whether you are an amateur photographer or a professional one, you would always want to have the best picture quality if possible. Most of us who loves taking picture has a camera. A compact digital camera or so. But are you satisfied with your photography quality? Does the picture come to life? Is the color rich and vibrant? can you make a large blow up out from those pictures? If you answer “No”, then you might not have the best camera.
Digital SLR is the best camera.

Most people think that the camera alone is responsible for capturing a quality image, but this isn't the case.

Based on my research, there are big technical differences between compact digital camera and Digital SLR camera. Digital SLR camera takes a high image quality than a compact digital cameras.

If you've been wondering “what is a digital SLR?” I'm not all that surprised. SLR stands for, Single Lens Reflex. It is a type of camera which has one lens for composing the frame and capturing the image. SLR cameras are also known as TTL (through-the-lens) cameras.

Many consumers are much more familiar with compact digital cameras, since these models have flooded the marketplace. And they only cost from $200 or $300, depending on the brand. That's why most of the people has this type of camera because it's just affordable.

Like cell phones, it's hard to walk down the street these days without seeing someone snapping a photo.

Digital SLR cameras are far less common, and up until 2005 were really only used by professionals. One best reason is, they are very expensive!

A 6-megapixel Nikon D100 runs around $2,000 and the 11-megapixel Canon 1D runs near $8,000. This is for the camera body only and does not include a lens! This is why you should look for a digital camera that will mount your existing lens collection. Just a good quality zoom lens can run you at least $3,000 and can climb as high as $10,000 depending upon the features!

Now you know what SLR stands for but that doesn't really help answer the question, does it? Let's define further, based on my research:

  • With an SLR camera, you see exactly what the lens sees
  • You can change the lens on a digital SLR
  • Digital SLRs have large image sensors that produce high-quality photos
  • An SLR has a near-zero lag time, and is ideal for action photography

Bottom line? Digital SLR cameras are versatile.

You can take photos of everything from sleeping kittens to race cars and you'll never be limited by your camera.

With an SLR in your hands you can rest assured that you'll only miss great photo opportunities because you weren't prepared, not because your camera was too slow.

Now, another reason why I said there's a big technical differences between compact digital camera and SLR digital camera is because an SLR camera displays an image through the viewfinder that is exactly the same image as the camera sees and is exactly the same image that the camera is going to record when you release the shutter.

An SLR camera provides a much more accurate image through the viewfinder than a compact digital camera produces on its LCD because the LCD does not faithfully reproduce the colors and light intensity that is actually entering the camera.

The SLR uses a mirror that is located behind the lens as well as an optical device known as a pentaprism to channel the light that enters the camera's lens to the optical finder. When you release the shutter the mirror moves out of the way and the image is captured in the same way as any digital camera.

This is a great example of what-you-see-is-what-you-get. By using the viewfinder you can precisely compose your image and adjust the focus.

Is the image that you see in the viewfinder 100% accurate? In most cases it isn't.

If you read digital SLR camera reviews, you may hear a lot about viewfinder “coverage” and “brightness”.

Many digital SLR viewfinders only show you 95% of the image that will be captured by the sensor - this is what “coverage” refers to. Unless you are extremely precise when it comes to your photographs you won't notice the 5% difference.

Digital SLR viewfinders also vary in brightness, which is another way of saying how clear the image appears. “Bright” viewfinders make it easier to use manual focus, since you can clearly see the details of your subject.

In addition to the pentaprism viewfinder, one of the key features of any digital SLR camera is the ability to change lenses.

Again, most people think that the camera alone is responsible for capturing an image, but this isn't the case.

The lens that's attached to it can play a huge role in the color, contrast and clarity of every single photo that you take.

Owners of digital SLR cameras can buy lenses that match their photography style, since a landscape photographer should not use the same lens as a wildlife photographer.

The ability to swap lenses at any time adds to the versatility of a digital SLR camera, and means that even if your photography needs change in a couple years, you won't have to buy a new camera, you'll just need a different lens.

The better digital SLR cameras let you mount different lenses just like their film-based counterparts do. Many of your existing 35mm lens may be compatible with a digital SLR. If you have a large lens collection then you should definitely look for a digital SLR that is compatible with them.

The top of the line SLR digital cameras rival the best film-based SLR cameras and are designed for serious hobbyists and professional photographers. Digital SLR cameras are much larger, bulkier, and heavier than traditional digital cameras.

Because the digital SLR cameras are more professional, they come with a hefty price tag.

Of course, there are also starter-priced digital SLR cameras available. The Olympus E-20N, a 5.0-megapixel SLR camera, which includes a non-replaceable lens that is capable of duplicating a 35 mm to 140 mm lens, runs around $3500.

If all of this sounds a bit too expensive for your blood, then you'll probably find all of the digital camera that you'll ever need way down in the $99 to $500 price range and you'll never have to worry about buying extra lenses.

Digital SLR cameras are not for everyone but, if they're for you, then there are plenty of models to look at. Some of the best are made by Canon, Olympus and Nikon which are familiar names in the photography world.
